Autoflower trichomes harvesting problem

My autoflowers all almost done, currently in week 9. But there is a small problem. The main cola has cloudy trichomes with a little ember, just perfect for picking, but the minor colas who are lower and farther from the light have still clear tricomes.

What do you guys suggest i do? I dont really know what is my best option.

Wait for all the colas to be cloudy but the top might be full ember?

Cut down the main cola and still go with the smaller ones?

You can harvest in stages if you like.

Yep, agree with Vetsmoke staggered harvest, take the ripe parts and let the rest continue to ripen

I usually two stage harvest, leaving about 1/3 for several days. It works especially well on very large plants outdoors.

I actually did a 4 stage harvest on a very large outside plant last month.
I find a big difference ( in the high ) from the early harvest to the 3rd and 4th .

You can harvest in stages if you like.

So i guess i just snip the ripen parts and leave the rest till they get done. Will this not shock the plant too hard?

I did also leave the plants in total darkness before harvesting but i guess this is no longer an option.

Only done it a couple of times but had no issues. Seen others do the same so you should be okay.
