If it's a photoperiod plant,have you put it on a 12/12 lighting schedule?
It will require at least 12 hours a day of total darkness,no light leaks, to make it flower.
If it's an auto,the lighting schedule doesn't matter...it may just be a late bloomer-some are.

Got it on 12/12 for 2 weeks now using advanced Nutrients Pro Mix Mycorrhizae Growing Medium

probably just starting then. mine take about two wks for flowers to show. the "pre-flowers" are likely already showing. it's most likely genetic. some just take longer than others.
