Brianaan & SixthEddie's First Grow - Headband - Star Dawg & Grape Ape

I know what that you said you water with phed water of 6.5 but have you actually tried to flush it per kjc suggestion
seems like n toxicity and p deficiency
whats the temp been like?
id try and flush per kjc suggestion
then maybe a bit more p from the npk ratio
that's the best I can think of looking at marijuana garden saver

So I removed the perlite I had on the top of the soil for the gnats and the soil was slightly moist especially the Headband. Moved the soil around a couple times yesturday and it seemed to dry up normally. Waiting for lights to turn on now.

Will flush headband today.

Also, grape apes buds are looking amazing, even with the stunted growth the leaves coming out are super frosty and the buds are looking great. I would even say better than Star Dawgs buds which is weird since Star Dawgs has almost been flawless throughout this grow

Flushed Headband! Honestly it looks like she's doing better but I could just be imagining it.

You're not imagining things. Damaged leaves don't recover. It's the hew growth you watch for.

Headband is just growing so tall almost 2 feet from where I broke his top and formed this dip in the middle. Added the 2 lights lower in the middle too get all the lower buds. 138Watts, real watts not equivalent watts, and that's not including spill over from the other CFL clusters.

It's been a little while but here's an Update!

Our next batch of ladies in our veg cab. They had roots hanging from the bottom of the red solo cups almost 2 inches, just transplanted yesturday.

We didn't have much success with cuttings from Head Band. This little girl we pulled out of the veg box acouple days ago because we thought she was done. Uprooted the cube and noticed only a small root. Left it out waiting to trash her and then lifted up again to notice a much longer root, replanted and hoping something happens!

Got really into the ideas of micro growing and have started my next project.

It will be in a old PC server tower I found on cragislist. It is a full tower and has a lot of space, I will be LST'ing one of the Star Dawg cuttings. My goal is to achieve over an ounce on this first run. I would like to eventually perfect it to run auto flowers around a 40 day harvest at about 2-3 ounces. I would like to believe the idea that its possible to grow enough of your own medicine in such a compact and discreet way.

:Namaste:

We also started 2 of our 'throw away' cuttings in 1 gal pots and poor them directly into the flower tent. Just am experiment to see what happens. We were attached to these left over cuttings, me because I topped the cutting awhile ago and it has 3 beautiful new branches growing, and her because that cutting was one she took and we thought it wouldn't turn into anything.

So now we're having a friendly comp to see who's will produce more bud :high-five:

Stoked to see your micro grow in action!

I'm not sure you could get that consistent of a cycle or yield going with autos. I've grown several auto strains several different ways. Soil, hydro, big pots, medium sided pots. The only consistency with autos I have seen, in my experience with them, is they always take longer than the breeder suggests. Usually around 80 or so days. I had one go for almost 5 months too.

I'm not saying it can't be done. I am a huge fan of autos and believe they are capable of a lot more than people give them credit for. Consistency is hard to come by with them though, you really don't know what you are going to get. :)

I hope you can find the right strains to meet the goal. I would give those strains a run too.

Plants look great as well. Very nice work on the clones too. Once you've got that down you will never run out of plants :high-five:

You might want to cover those clear containers with duct tape or something. Roots don't agree with light too much.

Sorry, my bad. In the pic they look see through.
