Are they by chance autos? If not some strains take longer to show flowers. Also make sure your lighting cycle is right

It might be a 12 week strain had one to alost a month to flower I enen cut lights back to 11 1/2 because seen some need longer dark period to flower dumb question but check for light leaks when you go dark also anything in the room with a led light like a fan or anything put black tape over that will throw them off I've heard just let her go and se what happens
It can actually takes 2 weeks for flowers to start showing when you switch. It's not unusual. Can you post a photo?

I find that the early signs of flowering show up in pictures very clearly where they aren't so obvious with the naked eye. I imagine it has to do with the light.
