The root systems are adjusting to the new home. It's normal to look a lil unhappy for a few days. Did their root systems look good before you transplanted them? Lot's of nice white roots? If not it will stunt growth for a bit.

let them fill into net 75%

So wait for 75% full then flower to 100% full and let them start growing vertically?

They've grown in a bit more. Thinking about 1 more double strength veg feeding tomorrow, then giving them the flip in about a week.
