So how much does that run your light bill up and quite abit to build huh? Would it be cheaper buying a 300 w led

It uses 114w. But only cost me $80 to build including the lights.
You can build a 2 COB LED that will use 100w (up to 175w dimmable) for around $200. The COB will put out 20,000 to 35,000 lumens.
My build only puts out 12,000 lumens.
But by comparison a T5HO 8 bulb fixture that costs $200+ produces 7000 lumens.

If you don't have a sheet metal brake (most don't) you can use a Rubbermaid bin turned upside down from wal-mart or even a large litter box from the dollar store. You will need some 1x2 wood strapping to create the rails. They are necessary to create clearance between the connectors on the lamp base holder and the housing (Rubbermaid bin)

This setup is cool bro makes me want to build one too, i could use it.and the best range for blue spectrum is 5500k ,but your amount of lumens make up for that

You won't have very much luck finding a 5500k led bulb. And any K value (kelvin) is a bit of a misnomer. Plants don't see kelvin or lumens. They see PAR. But it just happens that most 5000k-9000k lights contain ample PPFD in the 440-460 nm (blue) range whereas most 2700k-3500k bulbs contain ample PPFD in the 640-660 nm (red) range. So from experience its best to use a little of both and get a broader spectrum of PAR.
But that being said. Seedlings will seek out blue light and if they don't find it. They will continue to stretch until they do.

Been spraying miracle grow plant food mixed in water

Well that will do it.
Don't use miracle gro dude. It's bad stuff. And you don't spray "plant food" on your plants. You're gonna smoke that stuff.

Look. See this plant.

It's 22 days old from seed. I give it water. That's all. Just tap water.
Look how healthy it is.
I don't spray anything on it.
The trick is the soil. You gotta have good soil. Self buffering to ph 6.5. Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium already in there. Limestone, gypsum, compost, pearlite, peat sphagnum and some mycorrhizae bacteria.

It's all in there. You just add water.

Just water dude.

Hmmm. You can check the google machine to see if it's available locally. Usually it's available in the east. But anything west or south is usually Fox Farms territory.
If you want to use Fox Farms try the Ocean Forest. I can't get it here but many users swear by it and it's a very similar composition to ProMix V&G.
It's also a "water only until bloom" soil and is ph adjusted to around 6.5.
