Follow up on stunted plant

I posted a few weeks ago about this plant being stunted. Its been catching up. Right now its coming up on week 8. Should I switch the lighting over to 12/12 or wait on that abit? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If that is your final container, then yes, you can flip anytime. Or, you can put her in a larger pot and veg for another month to create a real monster... if you have room for it, because once you flip, they can double in size. Your choice in this! That is one of the advantages of photo period plants.
