Need advice on direction!

So this little bugger is turning 60 days in just under a week! Had been through some tough times, lots of over watering, some under watering and good old PH issues! She's still a small one since I most likely stunted her growth a few times, 8 - 9 inches tall with LST as of now, so probably 10-12 inches untrained.

My BIG question would be... What should I do with her now?

Option 1 - Keep vegging for another 30 + days?

Option 2 - Veg for another 2 week and turn to 12/12

Option 3 - Turn her to 12/12 now?

I'm asking because of the whole troubled start and stunted issues! Please let me know, any and all opinions matter!

Personaly I'd wait train her till you fill the width of your tent then flip but if you want a quick Oz rather than a half pound then flip now up to you
