Not sure about total number of freebies but for genetics and reliability you can't beat @Herbies Seeds .
I got a pile extra terrific seeds with my delivery.

I’d wait until next week before placing an order anywhere. With the high holiday approaching, you should see some good freebie offers/discounts on various sites. The seed site who shall named anymore man, usually has tons of good freebies for 4/20. Last year I’m pretty sure I got like 45+ free seeds because of their promos at the time. I’m close to placing an order with chosenseeds to get some Slurricane and some other anesia seeds

One of my fave's ^^^^^^... Also Weed seeds Express, I got a deal last month paid for 5 seeds and received 22 seeds. You just need to look for the deals.
