Hello all, I have no idea what I'm doing!

I'm new to 420 mag but I joined after seeing all the nice people and informative information in the forums.
I love growing different things and have decided to expand my garden to one of my other " loves". I have never tried to have any kind of cannabis growing but figured it was like anything else I plant.. you have a seed you plant it it grows.. along with all the extra love you have to give it to bloom lol. In my state its not... technically... legal. So I'm not really here. But! I have a plant. That I strongly think Is my happy plant.. but it doesnt look like a happy plant. It did at the beginning but now I'm not sure. Can anyone tell me some information by a couple of pictures? I believe it's a female but I'm not sure what type it is or if i have been cherishing the wrong type of weed lol.

I have marijuana plants n they dont look like that, honestly I got no clue what it is but in the second pic it looks like mite damage.
