Help calixs are swelling and shooting out tons of hairs is it a sign of pollination

I'm new to all this self pollination I've found no nanners on both of my plants I'm thinking there's one on the one with swollen calixs no pics atm there super swollen and shooting out tons of hairs I'm in week 5 of flowering

That's good news. It means your buds are getting bigger. All of those hairs will turn orange eventually and curl in towards the end.

Should I worry about looking for seeds I'm gonna check now last time I popped one open there was a small a white thing inside super tiny is it normal smaller then rice

If they have white pistils coming out of them then leave them alone as they are female parts which make up your Flower/buds.
