Hahaha!Pretty bad infestation. Without magnification I can't tell for sure which one(s).
I'd grab one of these and spray ASAP.

Azamax
Monterey Rose and Flower
Captain Jack's Dead Bug Brew
Other neem, pyrethrum, spinosad derivatives should also get rid of them.
Spray multiple times - minimum of two - three is better about 4 days apart. I like to spray just before lights out (or evening if outside).

Looks like aphids, but I can't be sure.
Regardless, the sprays above work well on all the common garden pests, including aphids, thrips, leaf miners, white flies, and mites.
