How bad is it to overwater a little bit one time?

My plant has a bunch of deficiencies and I recently got happy frog fruit and flower and top dressed with 1/2 cup. I want to pour some water over it to help the nutrients get down into the soil but the problem is i watered just Thursday morning. I've never over watered before and its still in vegetative stage so, am I ok to give it a little more this one time?

IMO, over-watering isn't a big deal...ONCE.
The problem is when the plant is kept wet. If you water again, just let it dry out well. The problems I most often see are partial watering, or watering too frequently because the top 1"-2" of soil is dry.

Ok thanks. Just added another 14oz so just enough to get the HF wet
