Leaves turning yellow - Reversible?

Hey guys!
I put my plants outside after letting them grow and noticed that the leaves are turning yellow. Is it a deasease? I poked drainage holes in the bottom and also stuck sticks into the soil to help them withstand the wind. Did I possibly damage the roots?

Nope. You changed the intensity of the lights to full sun too quickly and for too long and gave it a case of sunburn.

Damaged leaves do not recover. Let them dry up and fall off. Your clue will be the new growth. Weed recovers very well from mistakes like this. Outside is OK, but make sure it gets some shade during the hottest part of the day. And watch those midday temperatures!
