LED or HPS or Both

Ladies and gentlemen I am worn out on reading journals and scientific research on LED tech. I'm just trying to get a 4x4 tent going with a scrog. I've seen people do great with both. I'm trying to keep cost down but LED tech is not as pricey as it used to be. Please help
