This plant never made it to harvest last run and got culled way before the end of the grow. During veg she had the most powerful growth but once in flower and the heat came it was game over. This time it’s great to see that she’s much happier and producing some nice budsites. She’s had a rough life as I’ve broken a few main branches off but still a sizeable plant. Buds are getting super frosty and have the banana terps that remind me of the Banana kush and G13 x Blueberry Headband that I’ve grown recently.

Last run this plant held out right to the last before it finally showed signs the heat had taken its toll. That plant produced tons of beans and the rosin was top notch but certainly didn’t reach its full potential. This time she’s the smaller of the two twins but still what I would class as a big plant and I think she has a sweeter scent than her sister. Can’t wait to try this one.

We sound so "bah humbug" but it is a killer.lol. Mrs GG comes in beaming as the sun starts to shownuo while i moan like its torrential rain on my Skegness caravan holidays .lol
Even while out on jaunts with the kids, I am edgy to get home to check they haven't been too hot. Lol
Need some healthy ladies like these now. Love the new title addition too bud. Well deserved.

The Crumbled Limes are stacking well this time. The rosin from last run is decent but I’m hoping for a lot better this run.

I placed all the soaking seeds into a dark warm airing cupboard for 24 hr.

In the thirties today and we’ve got another hot one due tomorrow. Hopefully that should be the end of it and back to some cooler weather.

I thought about taking the plunge and buying an air con unit last week just before the heatwave hit. Decided against it as it was only supposed to last two days. Starting to think I may have made the wrong decision!

This is my last summer grow in this spot and I’m definitely incorporating air con in my next grow set up. It’s bloody hard work without it. I’ll come check out you journal now. I see you’re in RDWC, have you got a chiller installed?

I’m looking for an early Super Skunk, hard to source though.

Back in the early 90’s I went to a local seed bank and bought a pack of Sensi Seeds super skunk. Cost me £80 which was a lot of money for seeds back then. I think it was a 10 pack? I can remember picking them out of a big brochure with pictures of the strains like it was yesterday. Anyway back then I was young and didn’t know shit about growing weed and I know I wasted at least half the pack trying to grow them in my bedroom windowsill! Lol. I often wonder what I did with the remaining seeds. I kept them for years but I doubt they’d be any good now even if I found them. Still love to stumble across them just for the oldskool packaging.
