Happy day , growing in a 48x24x60 tent with a 1000w led wondering if I should have both veg and bloom on all the time? First Time thx for the help . They are zkittlez autoflowering about a week into sprouting

Kinda depends.
If you were growing a photoperiod and if just the veg part of that light put out at least 300 PAR then running just the mostly blue spectrum veg light can give you a bushier plant with tighter nodes.

But since you're doing an autoflower where the key to yield is how large you can get that plant in the first 3 weeks then I would opt for both veg/bloom at same time and do a 20/4 light schedule.

pretty much any light with a dual switch can be run full on all the time.
the fixtures generally don't draw a lot, and the plant can benefit from all it can get.
