Lighting question

I have a 2000 watt full spectrum LED light where I use both the veg and bloom light during the the veg cycle but I turn off the the veg light and just use the red bloom light for the bloom cycle. My question here should I use both the veg and bloom light during the bloom cycle to increase yield or will the blue veg light mess with the plant during the bloom cycle?

Keep both spectrums on all the time. Both are needed to grow your girls properly.

I'm no expert but I would tend to agree with Bill, unless your LED manufacturer advises otherwise.

You’ll be fine mate. I use the same full spectrum lights through all of veg and flower

What I recommend was to leave the veg light on in flower.
The extra blues are helpful in flower.
