Hi is this male or female please?
Male or Female? Please help!

It looks like a female plant with a lot of male flowers starting to show up. A lot of them, probably more than you or your grower friend can pinch or cut off and still hope to stay ahead of any new ones that will start to grow.
The 4th photo is out of focus but there is what looks like a mature male flower that has opened up. My experience is that it can take about 7-10 days after the male flower first shows for that to happen so that one has been there for awhile.

Hermie. Watch out for that pollen!
It looks like the male flowers have started opening... spray all plants down with water, which will move the pollen to the floor and deactivate it. Then move the hermie out and bury it. That said, I'm not an indoor grower... there's a lot of folks on the forum here with more experience dealing with this. Good luck with your grow!
