Need a diagnosis

Only one leaf is this bad, but there's a few leaves with yellow tips and some have browning spots. Calmag deficiency or stress due to nutrition switch?

PH I water/feed with is 6.3 and the run off is 6.2

Soils is Biobizz Light Mix
Nutrition is Biobizz Grow and Fish mix, I have a week ago switched to it from Canna coco (because I thought light mix was coco, I had no problems before I started with Biobizz)

i think you're missing a part or two of the biobiz line and i'm not sure the fish mix is adding in what's missing. could be your previous approach was more complete. also it's gonna want more pk and everything now in flower.

colour looks good and it looks like things started when it hit flower and it's wants changed. looks to be asking a tiny amount of calmag and about the same or less in phos to me. really looks good to me over all.

could probably use a nute specialist in here. @Emilya Green is good at this type of diagnosis.

I agree totally with the above analysis and comments, except for the color. Your plants are too green and that indicates too much N. You have decided for some reason not to use the flowering portion of the nute line you are using, and fish juice is NOT going to supply what is needed, and along with the Grow formula, is providing more N than your plant needs. Your leaf is showing a combination of things, but mostly right now she seems to be craving potassium, one of the macro nutrients needed while in bloom. She will also need increased amounts of Phosphorus, Calcium, Iron and all of the micro nutrients, that would be included in the bloom mix of your nutrients. I strongly recommend giving her the bloom formula, following the feeding chart to the letter on the ratio of bloom and grow mix that you need to use. Also start adding some magnesium by applying the calmag in a maintenance dosage. Without that bloom formula, you are likely to be having lots of deficiencies, and it is only going to get worse as the buds demand more and more of everything.

So weird because I was using Canan coco, and was told that was wrong for Biobizz Light soil mix and when I switched I got problems... I will switch back to the "wrong" nutrition and see if my girls bounce back!

Thank you for great information!

Lots of people both online and in grow stores don’t know what they’re talking about but sure sound confident they know what they’re talking about. One tip with regard to that is to find a grower you admire/respect. You can find plenty of them around here. Read through and view their work. See if their thoughts and ethos align with yours. People often give glimpses of themselves in the things they write.

Stay away from marketers and people that are beholden to their sponsors. This is a good place for that. Sponsors are clearly defined here and people are honest in their assessments from what I’ve seen.

Once you’ve found someone like that, consume everything you can from them. Ask them questions. If you have problems, take multiple pictures from multiple angles of the entire plant and the problem, and lay out all of the details as much as you can. The more thorough and detailed the better. Anyone you find posting on here will be more than willing to help you out. That’s why they’re here, to help spread good knowledge.

Once you’ve done that you’ll be much more confident in what you’re doing. Your costs will go down as you stop following your tail endlessly with this and that product, and your enjoyment will go up. Try to understand what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.

This is a wonderful plant and growing can be incredibly fulfilling. However if you’re just following directions without understanding, you’re hoping more than you’re actually growing. There’s tons to learn and it can be daunting, that’s why I recommend finding someone here and just jumping into their content.

Good luck and make sure you update us with how things played out. If you haven’t already and can, you should start a grow journal. You’ll get tons of advice from master gardeners and learn things you didn’t even know you needed to learn.

whatever you run for nutes make sure you get the whole line. most bottle nutes are 2 or 3 part systems for the base nutes without amendments / boosters etc.

if you mean canna coco it's a 2 - part line for base nutes.

This.

Most nutrient lines do some form of the multi part, and it will usually state right on the front or in the directions.. It will be some variation of 1,2,3 or A and B, Grow and Bloom, things like that

Here’s the Canna Coco:
