Need help please! CKS White Widow - Coco Coir

Ok guys not sure what up with Mary... She is at day 43 from seed.... I have her indoors closet grow' under APOLLO 180watt full spectrum LED.... Lower leaves have brown spots and some stems are brown... Not sure if my ph are off but I do pH at 5.5 - 5.8... I mixed all nutes together GH cal-mag, FF grow big, wholly mackerel, kangaroots, big bloom... And some GH maxi-gro.... My ppm normally is at 700-1000... Transplanted to a 5 gallon smart pot yesterday... Bought a coco coir brick treated it with pH'ed water 5.4... So far this is Mary not sure what she have deficiencies and maybe she is supposed to be bigger... Please help!!!

I think it's Cal-Mag and Phosphorus deficiency the soil is to acid and the plant is absorbing too much nitrogen make a better soil mix for your next grow.

Thanks man.... Should I flush because I'm growing in coco coir.... And what level ph shud I flush with???
