New to Hydro- need help!

can anyone tell me what might be causing this. this plant is 11 days from seed in a DWC. started showing these signs 4 days ago. cns17 botanicare grow at 33% of rec concentration. ppm195 ph 6.1. air temp is 79-83 degrees. water temp unknown. please help if you can

put them in ph 5.6 RO water 35ppm the rustiness on the leaves has slowed significantly. thanks for the help. I'll give em a week in h2o then restart nutes at 1/4 strength. I bought a thermometer for the water today, bout 78 degrees. installing an exhaust fan tonight. it should reduce the room temp some, should help with the room temp and in turn, help with the water temp. but the plants are responding. thanks alot for the help. My white russians are close to going into the big hydro tank. rather excited about it.
