I'm very diligent about moisture , I've been doing this for 12 years at this location. I have an open grow box I'm on top of beautiful hardwood floors that were refinished b4 I moved in. . And the floors look just as good as the day I moved in. I gave triple redundancy on my electrical end I ran all new wiring from the fuse panel with a GFI breaker, to a GFI outlet with a power strip with a fusible link. This is not my first rodeo,
