Sativas have the most amber pistils, but have not bulked up yet
NYC Diesel & Wonder Woman have bulked up but still have mostly white pistils

A little late, but I heard you are doing great things here. I heard right. Keep it up. Can't see the trichs so I can't tell you for sure when they are going to be ready. I am ending week 8 and I got maybe 10% Amber. Check out my pics on the link below. I am growing a Sativa hybrid. My digital microscope was 36$. I. Hoping to wait longer for thicker bigger buds..

I'm back from Alabama, great trip down with some old friends (I made sure to bring some of my Wonder Woman from last harvest). Wonder Woman & Sativa #1 are covered in 50% amber PISTILS. The trichomes are still no amber trichomes on either. Watered Wonder Woman and Sativa #1.

I am thinking of cutting down Wonder Woman and NYC Diesel early next week. Once I start seeing a few more amber trichs I'll be more serious about harvest.

Today I feel like taking a moment to reflect on this grow

Lessons learned so far:
Random seeds don't seem to produce a potent smell
Sativas require less nutrients than other strains
Sometimes yellow leaves are a sign of excess nutrients rather than deficiency
Main-lining with scrog would have given a higher yield (my next grow)
Container size has a direct impact on size of the plant
