@PhlizonGrowLight you aren't very interactive as a sponsor, you drop a post like you are doing a drive by shooting. Drop the post then never heard from , I've asked multiple questions on multiple threads and never received an answer @Teddy Edwards it doesn't make me want to recommend phlizon i feel like removing their stickers from my tents and not mentioning what lights I use.
Its a shame you aren't interacting with your customers. It reflects badly.

Hey buddy - a lot of the sponsors don’t monitor the boards at all - there are too many boards out there that they sponsor probably. The absolute best way to get in touch is via private message.

To answer your question - yeah the back light looks to have UV - don’t know if that is something they have in their range. But the plants at the back are clearly taller as you can see them - perhaps a flower light and the forward is veg so UV is off?

I've done that before with no results and I'm sure others might want the answers to my questions, its poor form and quiet frankly im over them .
Its also a reflection how they handle warranties having experienced it myself.

Yes of course they monitor the boards. This is the main selling area for their lights why do you think they sponsor and give away as much as they do?
Each company would have a person dedicated to making sure they look good on the forums.
The problem is most people are not experienced enough to know that's their business plan and think these are just nice companies giving away lights to help people out. No they are building a support base like they have here through free give aways. Those people will then think these companies are untouchable God like entities and attack anyone who questions their quality and service. It's not just this forum it's every forum!
The only reason this company ever got back to ya was because the forum owner got involved!!
