Pics of seedlings tips look a little odd?

Hey all, These are pictures of my week and a half old seedlings. The tips of the leaves seem slightly yellowed or burnt? I had these under t-12's now under led shop lights. The tips have been like this under both sets of lights. Is the sum what normal? They are growing in burpee organic seed starting mix. They don't seem to be growing to quick or is this about right for a week and a half? I have some other plants just sprouting in a better seed mix. Thanks all. ( sorry the pic isn't better)

That was one of my seedlings at day 7. So size doesn’t look to off to me. I noticed a few points where growth would suddenly explode. But it wasn’t at or before 7 days!

Color looks weird to me. But I’m not overly experienced. So perhaps that’s perfectly normal at this stage for certain strains.

Yes, they are just getting started

Go easy on the water and get ready to up-pot them in a week or so.
