Seedling help

Just came in to find my new seedling has burnt tips on its first set of leaves popping out the true first leaves, should I pop another seed and start again or not?

Leaves are dark and burnt, water used was ph'd at 6.5 in a peat plug, was quiet wet though.

what ended up happening with the seedling with the burnt first leafs ? im at the same stage right now and got that on one plant .
