Seedling stopped as soon as it appeared

Hi guys, first grow and my seedling came up almost 2 days ago and has not stood up. Is it not close enough to the light. 600 watt vipaspectra 38 inch away. Any advice would be great

Whats your temp?

Drop the light to like 30" or so

And don't over water it, I usually mist mine with a spray bottle at this stage

I see green... and she is not restricted by a seed hull... she should stand up soon. Give her little drabs of water for now.. dont let her float away

Dont panic. She was dry and it was just 1/4 cup

looking good... keep drabbing... water out to 3x her diameter and a little bit down the middle... I stress the little bit part.

Gave her a tbsp 4 days ago. Deff going to go sparing on the water. It's so hard. I did lower my lights down to 27 inch. Keeping a close eye. I seen a few ppl that are down to 18 inch but I'm not comfortable enough to go that low.

water often on a little one, just not much at a time... the roots literally chase the water down to the bottom and out to the sides. Twice a day at this stage, but sparingly.
