have three LA confidential seedlings under a fluorecent that are like a week and a half old they were started in rapid rooters and now they are n 4 inch rockwool cubes they were just put in them yesterday.they are in a humidity dome and tray. once the roots break out of the bottom of the rockwool do we transplant them to our flood and drain buckets or will they be too small still and should be let them someone start to veg in the tray?

The transplanting depends on the strength of the root system!
And... are you talking about starting from seed or clone?

Pics and more info is needed... it's hard to judge your plants readiness w/o seeing them.

by the time the roots come out of the rockwool they will be ready to transplant....

Even if it's going into a flood and drain bucket system with a 15 minimum run time is that too much time and gonna saturate the roots and drawn them?
