Healthcare reform bill passed tonight.

Peoples thoughts on this?

Its good news for me because I'm still in collage but would be losing my healthcare this year if it wasn't for this bill. Was close to dishing out $1,500/month in prescription costs and office visit bills.

Yeah, I used the one with that tiny hole in the middle and covered it with aluminum tape and it works well at stoping any trich spills. I load and heat mine on a cookie sheet at 175-200 for 10 min. It helps you press the puck when it's warm. Then I cool it in the freezer for 15 min or so and out it comes. You had it right, alien8 - tape.

If you have bud then why not just break the bud over the screen and smoke it while getting a little kief for the top of the bowl. The trim is a prime candidate though.
 
Healthcare Reform Passed. I think this is a good thing. All other civilized, industrial countries on earth have some sort of universal health care.

I was going to digress but realized that this isn't the correct forum for political opinion.

Therefore, I think we should all improve the healthcare of our crops by growing with Deep Water Culture.:peacetwo:

The next big thing? I just read this article in the San Francisco Chronicle and thought it was interesting. Or maybe just another fish story. Anyone throwing goldfish in their Deep Water Culture system?

Cool thanks MC, didn't know that other stuff! had an idea though about the hole, I just used one of the other cap's with holes that didn't line up with the center hole of the single cap, then put the one with the most holes in first then the single hole! covered.

Hello Deep Water Culture! I just wanted to introduce myself and say I look forward to learning and helping out others on here. I just started a grow myself. After about 3 months of studying different tutorials (especially Rosemans DIY) I decided it was time. My setup is a DIY stealth PC Deep Water Culture setup with a Scrog screen. Its really my first time growing anything. Just felt like growing something I love lol. Plus watching The Union really inspired me. I just want to learn from some of the best and I know I've found the right place. :thanks:

My thoughts are mixed. My wife is uninsurable, she can not buy ANY health insurance because of her pre-existing condidtion of Kidney-Cystic Fybrosis Disease. She has to work at a job she hates to have major medical insurance. We can live without her pay check, we just have to have her health insurance provided by her employer. MAYBE ObamaCare will help her.

My Daughter is uninsurable and has Medicaid because she is poor, seldom works and has 3 children. MAYBE ObamaCare will help her.

My X-wife has a bad heart, goes to the Doctor every month, is a good friend of ours and she is trapped in her bad marriage, so she can have his employer's health insurance. MAYBE ObamaCare will help her.

I pay Kaiser $878 a month for my HMO Major Medical Insurance. $878 is just for me. If It was half that, I could be driving a Vette or be much better off financially. MAYBE ObamaCare will help me.

But where is the money going to come from, if Obama does help us. It will come from additional taxes that I will have to pay, to help my wife, X-Wife and lazy daughter be insured.

And have you ever phoned or visited the Social Security Department? Have you ever phoned or visited or dealt with the IRS? Or the Medicaid or Medicare people? The military? The Post Office?

How compassionate or patient or understanding is the IRS or the Federal Government programs? How easy are they to work with or deal with? How efficient are they? Do we really want the same people handling our health insurance?

And if Obama makes Kaiser and all the other insurance companies
cover pre-existing conditions, and insure my wife and X-wife and my daughter, what will they be charging me for my insurance in order to cover pre-existing conditions.


AND if Obama can make the insurance company start covering pre-existing conditions, and take someone who already is diabetic and has a bad heart and kidney disease or cancer, then can he make them let me wreck my car first and then cover the expenses of the repair with insurance? Can someone who's house burnt down then go buy insurance to cover it? Will all companies have to cover ALL pre-existing conditions? Where will the governement's control or interference stop? Is this the beginning of more Socialism for America?

hey guys i just have one question i know i have read different things in different threads about when i can take my water pump with feeder tubes out and i would really like to just like to know if i am safe now one is 5 weeks tomorrow and the other is 4 weeks tomorrow and roots on my older one are abouty 8 to 9 inches in the water and my baby's roots are about 4 to 5 inches submerged and any advice would be great i posted pix about two days ago of wats goin on when they got thier air bath cleaned and sanatized everything again and bumped nutes to 3/4 strength ill post more pix in a little thx guys
