Think she'll recover or toss it?

Hey all. Started a seed. Velvet fem by seedsman. Was a freebie with a previous seed order..

Planted her bout 3 weeks ago.
Been bringing her outside in mornings. And into veg tent at night.

Noticed a couple small brown worms on the main stalk about a week ago.
At a closer look. It was covered in theese little yellow bugs as well.. mostly on underside of leaves..
Did a manual clean. Wipe leaves. Spray dishsoap water mix..
Seemed to have got rid ofthe bugs, but shes battered from the fight...

Just wondering if you guys think shell bounce back at least enough that i can take a few cuttings..
Or if its a lost cause..

Give her a chance to recover. Should come back better than ever.

This is the main reason I do not take plants in and out. I have inside plants and outside plants and no bugs.

If you transplant out of that teacup into a real pot preferably fabric, and keep it inside instead of sending it into the 7 plagues everyday and it's not an autoflower.
Then it can be saved.
