Thrips 21 days into flower - Please help

strains: fy9, alien og, and critical hog
Fy9-sativa/indica(25%)/sativa(75%
Alien og-Hybrid/Indica Dominant
Critical hog- indica

1. soil/Fox farm OF
2. indoor
3. x2 315 Lec's
4. ph 6.3-6.5
5. RH varies havent got good at controlling this(first grow) 40-60
6. pest-thrips
7. watering every 3-4 days

Need help getting rid of thrips i have some azamax but is it ok to spray the plant this far into flowering i know i have a while to go still just dont wanna ruin my bud.
