Topical Cococanna oil salve: tips?

Hey all - I want to make a topical salve for warts, sores, jock itch, etc.
Do I need to decarb?? and also I was thinking of using one of those hand held emulsifiers and incorporate the weed material right into the salve. No straining (also good advice for myself) Oh Man, I crack myself up!!!
But seriously folks - any ideas for me??

for a sav /lotion for pain ..don't know about your jock itch or warts .... but for pain I decarb my flower and make infused coconut oil minimum 14grams per cup of oil then I mix it with 1 cup of alo vera , 2 tablespoons of cocoa butter , 1 1/12 teaspoons of vitamin E and 1/3 cup of (melted ) cosmetic bees wax . it works great for pain . For warts I feel that a straight highly concentrated coconut oil would be needed if not RSO.. but couldn't tell you for sure as I have had the opportunity to explore it .
