Transplanting

I have 2 out of 4 plants growing in soil.I want to know if it is possible to transplant from soil to hydroponics

I have done this before. As long as you are really gentle it should be okay. Try to gently wash as much soil away from the roots as possible then add them to your medium without crushing the roots and you should be good

Yes it is possible given you don't damage the roots much, they are quite fragile when exposed
