Could be nutrient burn, don't need much nutrients at that stage 1/8 to 1/4 of recommended. Make sure your water PH is in the right range.

It’s northern light auto ,light mix soil, 600w light , 27 c , about 40 % humidity . Light cycle 22/2

Autos do not need much food .

Look at a digital ph pen pick one up for 20 bucks they will save your grow probably ph is not in range . So lock out ?
