What lights to buy

I have a good friend looking for a recommendation for an LED light. He doesn't have a ton to spend and he wants to be able to grow 3 plants. It's been 7 years since I bought lights so I haven't any idea. Any idea?

Bestva puts out good one for a budget buy I just bought one its a bp1000 will grow 3-6 plsnts the new quantum boards are super bright too they don't get to hot I'm growing few under it this is one I'm growing now for 69$ I don't.feel I did wrong by going with that light
