Woohoo! I'm legal!

Well, you're extremely lucky that your doctor referred you. My younger than me doctor said no way, no how (stupid conservative doctor).

Thanks kindly for the welcome, HashGirl. This place has answers to questions I didn't even know I had :hmmmm:
I don't believe that MedReleaf has onsite doctors. The problem with using Tweed's Skype doctor, is that you are locked in to Tweed. If you want to go to another provider, you will have to look for a referral from your family doctor or specialist, or look for the clinics that accept patients without referrals. These clinics usually have a long waiting list though.
Believe it or not, Tweed rep at Main St storefront gave me some leads to these clinics, but fortunately my family doc referred me.
I've been licensed for about a year and a half now, and am licensed to grow since last October.
Oooops, better get out of ramble mode :cheesygrinsmiley:

Katie, at Tweed casually (unofficially) mentioned there was a clinic taking patients on Queenston Rd called BodyStream. I have not checked them out (no need to for me) but you may want to give them a call. They are a couple blocks east of Parkdale.

Thank you, Snarly. I've heard of them but haven't followed up yet. I think there's one on the Mountain, too.

Yes, there is the one on Upper James just north of the Linc. It's call Synergy. that is the one I use. I was referred to them, not sure if that is required, but you can give them a shout as well.

As a little anecdotal side note, when I went for my very first appointment, I was sort of expecting to walk into a waiting room full of potheads. To my surprise, it was no different than walking into my regular doctors office, except maybe the average age at the clinic was a bit older. I'm sure that I was the only one there that admittedly looked a little bit like a stoner.
