Seeds in bud

How normal is it to have a few seeds in a female bud (a few seeds for the whole plant)? Does it mean SOME pollen got in there? Could it have been starting to herm?

My plant did this. I looked her over close and found an open pollen sac.

It might be a few reasons, it shouldn't affect the dankness of your bud if it's a few seeds over the whole plant. Do you know anything about the plant before it came to you or did you grow it from seed?
