Mike's 3x4 LED Closet Grow 2x Mars Hydro 600

Just restarting this closet up after the summer. I had a mite problem so basically moved everything outside and started over in here.

I'm using two Mars Hydro 600's

At this point I have the light one on from 12 to 8 pm and light two from 4pm to 12 am. This gives somewhat of a dawn to dusk effect and a nice mid day punch

One of the most important pieces of equipment is my simple exhaust fan

I run this constantly. On the other side of the wall is ductwork that vents the closet directly outside. This provides a negative pressure in the room so no smell ever gets into the house.

Other than that the circulation is a normal fan and a heating fan. Currently running a low of 68 and a high of 85 or so

I'm starting out with one AK47 from the summer and some Pineapple Haze which I got from Amsterdam

So I've taken the first few clones from the Pineapple Haze. I usually take the second set of branches before I put the plant into flower. This way I can get away without having to support a Mother plant. As you can see clear cups work fine for me and they double as a humidity tent as well.

Made myself an aeroponic cloner today. Looking forward to seeing how it works. Air stone for now but I'll get a pump with a fountain sprayer if need be

Got up this morning and was happy to see that the clay pellets were still wet in the cloner, so the air pump should work fine for now. This should solve the biggest problem I've had since starting this closet last year which is having enough rooted clones

I was checking out a few other options for the cloner today. The ultrasonic mister looks cool, but this seems to be doing the trick.

Now in flower 11 days.

Here she is 16 days in

And the next plant to go in soon. I should be able to take a few clones within the next few days from this one and flower her a few days after that

So this cloner really is a game changer. Both clones I took last week have roots. And they were kind of small to begin with. Took one more tonight. If I can have this rate of success I can live with taking one clone a week. More branches to grow buds on IMO. Lol

These are the first two clone that I clipped and put into soil. These are over two weeks and probably will be behind the ones in the cloner for sure.

This seedling did not have a grow tip so I clipped it very early in life and luckily it has taken to growing normally. $10 seed there !

And from a bag weed seed that I sprouted for shits and giggles. Back in the 90's I grew three seeds from a bag and one of them became the super weed than a few friends and I will never forget.
