My plant stem is splitting - Any help?

Can my plant die if i take the wire off? This is my first grow lol...

Prop up those two branches and tape up the split aslong as they are still connected to the main stalk it should heal and keep growing.

Your stem is splitting because you have the wire around the stem choking out your plant, look how it has cut into the stem! I'd remove that asap!

I removed the wire, she has been split'd
I taped her up, I hope that she will be fine.
