Double Visions - Indoor- 400W HPS - 3x3x7 - OG 18 - Skywalker OG - Blue Dream

nice job :high-five:

i always wanted to do the 4x4 scrog but my tent doesnt open from all sides and ill have a bad time seeing it through.

it will be intresting to watch how yours turn out, maybe ill reconsider and get a new tent

good luck with your garden :thumb:
Thanks 420bro I was not sure if i wanted to do the net myself because it makes watering a pain. my tent does open from the front and the left side but that back right plant is a stretch to feed haha. I have done lots of research and with the amount of space i have the scog method seemed what would work out best for me. Mainly i am hoping it will help keep height down and at the same time get a few extra nodes to the top :]. I hope any data i get can help you along with your choice, that's what these forums are all about! good luck to you too.

Update day 4 flowering: About 1-1 1/2 inchs of growth! Today enough tops were high enough over the net i was able to start a little bit of training, nothing is really out high enough to tie down but i stretched a few nodes to further holes in the net, exposing allot more light to those inner branches. hopefully they will pop up soon. They seem to have taken the nutrient switch well, i am seeing no signs of any stress or burns. Iv been keeping my light at about 12 inches away from the tops. here are the pics!

Update day 5 flowering: There was another inch to 1 and a half of growth today. I was able to stretch out a few more branches placing them where i want, exposing more inner nodes that were being blocked by the main tops. Medium is still moist, should last at least 2 days. I'm going to let the girls get a little closer to the light this time, with a 400w hps i can go like 6 inches but iv been keeping it at 12 just to be safe. picture time!

Update day 6 flowering: a little over an inch of growth today. The plants would all be around 20 inches give or take a inch if I was not keeping them low on the net. Today I did a little lst and I super cropped a few branches that just did not want to stay down. I'm sure you can see a difference in the pics. Medium is starting to dry and I will water at lights on tonight followed by more pics and day 7 update. Today's temps were pretty high and the rest of the week is going to be in the 90s so I decided to go get an ac to keep temps down. That will be in day 7 update.
sorry about the pics I miss placed my sunglasses :)

Update day 7 flowering:another inch or so of growth, these babies are not slowing down. Today i gave them their first flush, next watering will be a flush, Then feed. I did not do much training today, there were a few "bud blockers" so i moved them to the side exposing the nodes but that is about it. things are starting to get too bushy. Maybe a little over half of the holes filled in the net, i think there is around 60 holes in it. I may stop training because i am not sure how much space i will have if they continue to branch like this.
Today temps were 95 where i live!!! the rest of the week is going to be the same. I had mentioned i bought an ac to control temps and it is working out good so far.

Update day 8 flowering: growth seems to be pretty steady around an inch a day. Everything is starting to bunch up in the middle, so i am going to take cronics advice here and keep cropping them and training to get them where i want them. always nice to have help from one of the pros :thanks:. So i moved a few branches around cropped some down. I found my sunglasses so now i can take better pics ! here they are.

Thanks, it's always nice hearing encourageing word from a fellow grower, good way to tell i am not fucking anything up :).

Update day 9 flowering: These plants are taking everything i am throwing and them and just bouncing right back up within a few hours. I did a lot of cropping and stretching today, two of the tops i cropped a little too hard i had to make some support for them. you can see that in the pic. branches are popping up everywhere and about 85% of the net is filled. Some time in week 2 anything 3 inches or so below the net is being cut off, there is no need to focus any energy or nutrients into these lower branches and leaves. Like i had mention i will also be recycling those lower branches into my clone dome. going to clone whatever i cut and pick out the winners. hopping to get at least 2 of each strain good healthy clones for next run. I have not had to raise the light yet, doing a pretty good job on keeping them low. only 9 days into flowing and i can already tell there is no way i can do any more than 4 plants on a 3 week veg in this tent. Its a good thing the 2 blue dream i had were poorly rooted and i tossed em because they were not keeping up. Picture time

youll have that net full soon enough :thumb:
I think you wanna flip somewhere around 80% full cause itll stretch for a bit more in the beginning of the flip still leaving you time and space to get the last 20% filled

Update day 10 flowering: Did nothing but move a few fan leafs that were blocking some nodes. That's all i really did on day 10. the medium was still a little moist and will be flushed on day 12. Everything is looking health to me, the color is a bit off in the pics because of the hps and my sunglasses on the cam. Btw not sure if you can even tell but the skywalker is in the front on the right :]

update day 12 flowering: Today was flush day. this was the second flush of the feed cycle and i will be feeding them next time. That will probably be in about 4-5 days from what iv noticed. I had to give each plant an extra 8-12 oz or so to get run off this time. ph adjusted around 6-6.5 as always. I was planning on lolipoping and cloning on day 14 but i did a little reading and i heard it was good to take clones 30 mins after watering them, I did not want these clones to get the next dose of nutrients because i need to encourage them to go back into veg so i took them today.
Todays temps, humidity was a bit high for 12 days into flowering
