I've been reading up and found an article about mag def. and the pictures and details could have been my plant. Right down to which leaves turn first. So cal/mag it is and I should be good to go. Somkzalot did say mag def three weeks into flower an some how I though -N-, I must have been smoking something. Time to get real strains to grow from here on out. Was given a couple beans from a friend/patient but was to baked to remember what he said they were, hope he remembers, LOL. It was after he smoked some kind of hash oil and a bone with me, I'm used to weak street bag crap so good meds are a treat for sure.

Thanks Jandre, totally spaced the name thing, got excited by quality meds, been in space for a day and a half. I took it out of the post myself as soon as I saw your post. I appreciate the reminder, I try to follow the rules everywhere. My wife hates to drive with me cause I go the speed limit and it's to slow for her. I never thought of the bad association just thought upbeat high good for house work, guess cause I'm old. That sure was a good bone though.

Quick update. I gave CalMagic in straight water yesterday and gave a ol' Taco leaf a spray of the stuff too. This morning I'll be damned if she doesn't have straight smooth green leaves around the tiny flowers. She should have been cut from the line up but I had the room and got way less plants than law allows so I gave her a space in the corner to hang out not expecting her to yield anything or even survive. She looks greener than she has since she burnt in when rooting as a clone and her leaves are not bumpy or curled. To think, I lost three good plants and got one weak potency early 15g harvest all for a $17 quart of cal/mag. Any advice on how often to use it? It says for the first couple weeks, is that of veg, flower or both? I would tend to think since I hit this three weeks in to flower to use it then but that was in the MG+, now with GH nutes I am unsure. will have to find time to hit the forums, I didn't think I needed it so I never bothered to remember what people were using.
LOL! CalMag is good stuff, huh? It's good to use in the first 2 to 3 weeks of VEG, and ANY time you see weak, underwhelming growth.

Update, Taco leaf is looking wonderful and everyone without MG+ is growing nicely. I am going to end this journal with the harvest of monster crop and taco leaf in 4 weeks. I am starting a new journal with the germination of 4 Cosmic Brain seeds given to me new friend. I received five seeds started them in paper towel with distilled water and hydrogen-peroxide. Only one didn't crack and the other four are breaking the surface this morning. Thanks for the help and advice all.

Oh yeah, Monsters buds are a week ahead of her mother in size and tric development. I do believe I like using good nutes.

Hey Guys, Is it possible for one bud to hermi? I found one bud on the bottom of monster that has seeds on one side of it. No signs of seeds in any-other buds. She is 33 days into flower, farther along than any other plant and needed badly to offset med costs. I cut off that bud but should I pull the whole plant? Her mother had a few seeds but I though it was from "Beth" going hermi but it must be in her DNA.

if you can isolate Pat that would be best. my first plant hemied and I got a gazzilion seeds but still the smoke was pretty good

her mom had some seeds but she got me a week and a half of medication that wasn't great but worked. She didn't have a lot 4 or five per bud and some had none. I'm just worried about the upcoming virgins getting hit with pollen. I never saw any nuts just some seeds inside the bud but visible from the the outside under a 10X glass.

It is very possible for one bud to hermi, as often times flowers on the same plant act as if they are the only ones, and alone in the world.

Cool. I left her alone and no signs of any other seeds or hermi. I have a had time not touching monsters buds, they are rock hard and super hairy. Taco is the darkest green and her leaves feel like steak knives on the edges very stiff. I have almost all the burnt leaves removed now that I figure there is enough strong new growth to support the plants energy. The last of the MG ones are still hanging in the corner not growing much if at all, but I don't need the room yet so they get a temporary stay of execution. The four clones of yellow girl (2 @ 18 days, 2 @ 14 days) are growing nice and have larger buds than mom at 25 days when she turned yellow. There is one other clone in there I don't remember of what plant but she looks different, the stalk and leaf stems/veins are a nice dark burgundy color. Red veins look very cool throughout the green leaves. I wanted to shut down the nursery so she went to flower early and is budding at 10 inches tall. The ones growing are 15" to 22" high as they were put to flower as soon as I knew they rooted well. I'll do a photo update in a week when I update the cosmic brain seeds as well.

Well B-1 and Taco leaf are both mostly cloudy with a few clear and B-1 has a VERY few amber trics. Nine more days until final week flush on B-1 hoping to get another week of flower on Taco.
the next clones got Frankensteined, I topped them when they got to tall and then supercropped them when they got too tall again. they look nice to me at 3 weeks and 20+ inches.
