I got a little update for y'all!
First off, some budporn.
The smoke report:
We've only tried the Big Bud and Purple Bud. Both went smoooth down.
Really smooth, excellent smoke, and potent as a frying pan to the face. God Damn.
But the taste are quite good, maybe the bud washing technique really has something to it.
Can't see no downsides really
As always, all input are welcome.
But I would like to hear how you do this part. We purchased Bovida packs, and we use them as soon as we put the buds on jars.
But, even if the buds appear really dry, just one day in jar with Bovida, they become very moist, and the stem become like rubber again. I think we do something wrong during the drying process, but we haven't figured that part out 100 %.
So, All input are welcome on your drying process
We also bought a new tent!
Really excited about it, because it will do it so much easier to get a steady yield once a month.
Because the tent has two floors!
Here is how it looks like on the bottom. The specs are 90cm/90cm and 60 cm tall. Excellent for seedlings and small plants.
The top is perfect for next veg step
Here is how the second floor look like today.
The second floor are 90cm,90cm and 160 cm tall.
They are under a 250w CFL, and look quite good. Except a few spots here and there.
Would really like to get some input here to!
And last, but not least. Here is the flowering tent.
But right now we use it as a veg tent, because we got some disappointing numbers on yield for our last two grows. So we thought we could give these girls some really good veg time before flowering.
The largest girl, OG Kush have been in veg for almost 90 days.
But! We finally bought two Platinum Led P300!!
So we decided to wait to put them in flower until the lights of the pro's arrive!
The four smaller plants are 25 days old and are autoflowers (Blue Cheese auto and Critical + 2.0)
They are growing like crazy. Amazing strains really, this is our second grow with these, the first time they produced a small yield, but really good smoke.
But wait! There was more, Im sorry, im medicated and tired
Here are the little projects we got going on.
As you can see the flux need some work, planning on doing that tomorrow.
The Scrog are almost full, and Im wondering really what to do now?
Lollipopping, and just let it grow up?

The buds might be feeling moist because the curing process and the Boveda packs a pulling the moisture out of the center of the bud and redistributing it. Which is why it is important to open the jars and burp the twice a day

But if I can ask you Dan. How do you do the whole process of drying?
Do you keep 62 RH in the dryroom, how long does it usually take and so on?
Do you hang them or put them on racks? etc..

I only know what I've read and heard from others, as I have not had my own solo harvest yet. 50-60% humidity and temps 65-70. Hang dry in complete dark for 7-10 days until when you bend the stems the crack, but don't snap. Then trim off the buds, manicure and place in mason jars to cure, burping 2 times a day for about 30 min. The longer it sits and cures, the better it will be in both taste and potency

Hey dudes! A little extra update this week, because we got some new toys!
Two platinum P300.
Right now they are 50 cm (19.6 inches) from the top of the highest canopy.
Thought it be good to test out the waters?..
But we are a little unsure, if anyone have any experience with these lights, all input are always welcome!
Some do's and don't would be awesome!

Nice new toys
I've found most of my plants like the LED to be between 18-26" 45.75-66cm away in Veg.
In Flower, the closest I could get without bleaching was 16" 40.65cm on my current grow.
But every strain is different, SBG was able to get his LEDs like 4-6" 10-155.25cm away from his girls in flower.

lol. I was like.. 10-155cm?? Thats a big range...
Nah, jk, I didn't even catch it til you pointed. I think my brain read it as 15cm anyway
My mechanical keyboard has been acting weird, occasionally double entering some things, like 5's and commas specifically. So I'm not stuttering as I type or anything, it's just the keyboard's fault.
I just wanted to correct it so someone didn't read it and run their lights at 5' and wonder why their plant wasn't flowering well.

No worries man, I've been talking to folks from around the world for decades, with online gaming and such, so I'm used to converting everything

Yeah, it's a trying it out period!
Summer here is pretty hot, and winter is really cool. It looks like it will be easier to keep the temp without to much variations.

But, testing out the waters and will give report if something happens.
Anyway, watered the plants today.
On 10L of water, used: 20 Ml Canna Zym, 20 ML Rhizotonic, 35 ML Canna Vega, 5 ML Flora Gro, and 5 ML Magnesium and 5 ML Calsium
PH: 6.5
Also planted some new babies.
1 Cookie Kush, 1 Critical Kush, 2 AK, 2 The Doctor, 2 Blue Cheese Auto, and 2 Critical + 2.0
Time to get this perpetual thing going! Peace out!
