I sure hope it can be ...I've still got alot to learn, but we're getting there! Organics becomes an addiction once you start. My hope is that people follow along in this sustainable approach.

So the pineapple express from the last round has finally been jarred! It's now in its "burping" stage where I hope I can get it down to 60%. Boveda can take care of the rest!

It was in the low and slow fridge for approx. 12 days. The kosher x tangie has now taken it's place!

For those of you that werent here during the last journal...this is my low and slow fridge I bought specifically for drying. I never imagined it would work so good!!!

I ended up having to clear the back half of the top shelf and lay a hand towel down to absorb the moisture/ice that accumulated and fell from up there..but all said and done, it holds about 7 -8 oz's! Temp stays between 39-45°F, humidity hovers around 47-55%. I couldnt be happier with it
