I have a 96x48x78 grow tent I have 2 800 watt bestva led lights people are telling me I should put lizard lights in there how many should I use and what kind uvb ir uv uva so confusing and I have 8 plants

Thanks for the reply most of ur led don't put out enough uv or uva so u can buy them lizard lights to help with that

All they are just a supplement of UVb lighting for your plants

Yes u can get them at a pet store just wondering what kind to get the uv ir uva and uvb it's so confusing supposed to help with thc

No just get a good led with infrared diodes. Or just get a quantum board. The lizard light make a massive amount of heat. Bad idea.

Keep in mind uv will degrade plastics. Leds would be the way to go. I wouldn't use a basking light. There are some red smd panels that may work for you.

That’s actually a lot of light. It should work out very well if not burn them. If it’s your first grow I’d just go with what you have no reason to make things Complicated

Depends on the light. You have to look at the spectrum info for each light. Both uv and infrared are supposed to effect production.
