Your plant husbandry looks pretty skilled & you grow is going exceptional well.

The whole defoliation or picking of fan leafs normal starts around week 3 of flowering once your bud sites start forming this then in return allows greater light penetration to the lower bud sites helping to fatten them up.

This mainly so with plants which are high leaf to flower ratio basically very leafy girls.

High flower to leaf is the other away around... doesn't mean you get more bud but less leaf & that includes sugar leafs ! makes life so much easy on the trimming :Namaste:

Oh the last part of defol general happens around last few weeks of flowering.

Apart from that I do believe I'm looking at hybrid mainly indica dominate with some sativa influence.

Thank you @Fuzzy Duck I appreciate all the tips, I will certainly follow your advice on defol for this grow. Yes she is indica dominant with some sativa.

13 days flower and has a sweet skunky fresh coffee aroma to her buds sites. Also seeing a decent amount of frosting for this early on in flower

I was thinking about trying my hand at revegging after harvesting to see what I could come up with, but im wondering if it would be better to leave the lowest branches on the plant specifically for that or should i just trim her all up to promote better growth to the main branches and just leave some growth when i finish harvesting? Any thoughts.

I've heard of revegging but never tried it myself.

I do not recall seeing any successful results over the years either ? it might just be one of those legacy 420 hearsay things.

If you have space you could ponder over a perpetual style grow, you could take clones from you main plant often these will be the lower limbs & do this a couple weeks before flowering. So in basic terms 2 tents one for vegging one for flowering rince 'n' repeat

Or keep a mother plant which will provide many clones of your favourite strain.

You can definitely re-veg I did it on my very first plant but it’s a slow road. Reveg works best if you do a bit of root trimming but it’s an advanced move. If you have another room or well conditioned space to move the intended reveg plant it could be beneficial but you probably don’t want to hold up your tent or primary grow space to wait for a slow reveg.

Yes you have to leave some greenery on the re-veg plant to keep drawing sap and nutrients up enough to keep her alive. Or you could take a few clones off the lower part of your plant now. The clones will have to re-veg since she the host plant is already in flower. When the clones re-veg they will appear stalled out but eventually if the clones survive then they will start spitting out single bladed leaves, those reveg clones will become super-cropped and turn into bushy monsters!

I’m sure InTheShed or someone here had a tutorial on taking clones and how to get them started.

3 weeks flower and packing on some weight and frosting, not a lot of stretching although I supercropped branches twice during the first 2 weeks to keep her as even as possible. Threw a couple clones in for the ride after I fimmed them just for fun. Hoping to get a nice little stash after everything is all said and done.

Day 24 flower and she's starting to pack on weight and resin. Thinking i need more light to actually achieve a decent harvest, so far only 280 actual watts with plans for an additional 300W QB. Hows she look?

Doesn't take much on added light, it can be overdone in as much as having the lights to close to your plants. Unless your wired up and running warehouse lighting lol I've seen it and blurples are like glow in the dark stickers in comparison. Until you start spending 250-300 and higher on your lighting kit it's more of a hobby right? I'm at about 450-ish spent, 300 of that on flowering lights. Gotta have it, blurples ok for veg definitely but when I added in the extra lights, flowers filled out like crazy, pistols looking like fireworks, tied up colas bending over..autos are crazy right?

Very nice looking buds. I can't wait to do some autos myself, once the 6 clones of blueberry are done I have a few bubble kush autos im gonna pop. My upgraded lighting will be ready by then also drawing 660 actual watts from the wall so i think i will be good for my space on lighting.

Looks good to me! But forget looks... think about the harvest
That's true. I really wish I had the space and set up to do more, I have too many plants on the go and haven't really thought this through. Once I harvest the mother in a couple weeks it frees up enough space for 2 more plants and then those will be ready in about 5 weeks and ill be flipping 3 more in about 2 weeks. After those im going to stop with the cloning and do some seeds I picked up.
