Mars Hydro SP 3000 Grow

nice journal caddie, plants look lovely. i'll follow along if you don't mind.

The stretch is over and buds are stacking. Bumped up the ppm to 500 for a couple days and once again it was a little much. Slight tip burn so I lowered it back to 450. Looking like that's the sweet spot for Candida in hydro.

Today is day two of our club championship. Day one was a struggle. Hadn't touched a club for a week so every shot was a slight mishit. Only hit 6 greens in regulation but my short game salvaged the round. Shot 73 which is one over at my club and has me in 2nd place. The leader (former professional golfer) shot a 65 so i'm 8 behind. No pressure today...I'll be firing @ the pins and hopefully the putts will fall. Have a great weekend everyone!

Sorry so late to the party but what a Stella job your doing on the ladies pga, I have just recently bought 4 of the sp 3000 myself but unfortunately haven’t got on with them mostly my fault as I usually run hps always in pure coco, I had a calcium deficiency and over corrected it and over watered which lead to lockout and burned the shit out of my girls, so what height is your light at? I know you are only running at 75% which leaves me to believe I was to close at 100% and what is you total ppm on calcium and magnesium including your other nutes? As these led lights are all new to me and I’ve heard you have to up cal and mag, and keep the leaf temps in check, sorry for all the questions but I’d love to get these units dialled in, if you get a minute I’d really appreciate it cheers for now.

Not sure how I missed your comment @Bud basher 4 SP 3000...you dove in head first my friend.

My light is around 14 inches above the canopy. Still @ 75% When I mixed up the res (12gal) I added 3oz of calmagic. Then added Dyna Grow Bloom until I was @ 450ppm. Not sure of the exact ppm of Ca

Starting week 6 of flower and the fall colors are in full effect. The SP 3000 is doing a great job and I would not hesitate to buy another. Perfect fit for a 2X4 tent. @SmokeSara

in 3-4 weeks these will be ready to chop and the next three clones transplanted. Probably going to be Diesel Glue - Kannabia Seed Bank.

weed porn!! lol!! she looks sexy

My god pga those buds will be black by the time your done lol I forgot to mention that I grow in an out building in tents so weather is a big factor in controlling environment hence led for hot weather and hps for cold , atm here in the uk its about 60 to 70 f during the day and 45 to 50 f at night so I am on hps atm to keep the heat up and I don’t think the LEDs would keep my tents hot enough? We have had crazy weather here the last couple of months some week was cold and wet and some weeks was really hot that’s why I brought the LEDs and had to keep swapping from hps to led dew to weather which I don’t think help the plants either I now have two 8x4 tents just flipped last week and and one yesterday I think I might give one of the led a go on some cuttings at 50% indoors as I have a heated propagator and see how it goes plus thanks for the advice cheers.

I’d like some black bud. Grown a couple purple strains but never a black one.

Makes sense choosing the right light depending on weather conditions/temp. I assume your out building is insulated?

My GR is heated and cooled so other than battling low humidity in the winter it’s pretty easy to keep the environment dialed in. My biggest problem has been dealing with the odor. Still working on that one. I’m a legal grower but I don’t want everyone to know what I’m up to.

If your planning on cloning under your sp 3000 I’d turn it all the way down. I currently have some white widow clones under 35 watts and there doing well. Clones need little to no light until they root.

It’s not insulated but after this crop I am going to make a proper insulated room to make my environment easer to control believe me it’s a nightmare with such different weather patterns especially in the winter with freezing conditions, I use 3 x 600 watts nanolux de lights per 8x4x 6/6 tent but only put the third one one two to three weeks into flower the de run really hot I also have three block busters se in the other tent which runs much cooler I need a 10 inch out and 8 inch in for the de tent and a 8 inch out 6 inch in for the block busters but here the catch they both yield exactly the same with the same clones and nutrients and the same tents go figure? I was hoping of hitting the same yields with 4x 3000 sp per 8x4 to save a bit on electricity as the cost kills me plus the insulation will help with heating when lights are off in the day as those fucking heaters cost more that lights in electric I pull 66 zips per tent which is easy a gram per watt so I would have to hit 1.54 grams per watt with 4 x 3000 sp per tent to achieve the same yield do you recon this is possible? Anyway enough shit about me keep them going well they look the business mate, cheers.
