Hey Norcal, why top an Indca so soon and not a Sativa? Aren't the Sativas the ones that real tall and the Indicas stay naturally shorter and bushy?

I'm asking because I have a mix of strains growing right now in a closet with limited height and they're all just at the stage of putting out the third and fourth sets of pointy leaves.
