Hey I have a quick question for you ? Is that reflective material like the same things you use in car windows ? If so in your opinion is that more effective than white paint ? I could deff use that on my floor space . Maybe on the walls as well . I was planning painting my walls white . I really like that idea . Also thanks for making these journals . I just read what you had to say about stress training , lolly popping , ect .. Great informative easy reading journals . I think I'm gonna spend the rest all my journals . Thanks for everything bro
