HARVEST TIME

Well I hope everyone had a fantastic New Years Eve and I am sure the following year will bring all the love and happiness everyone here deserves. There are many people here who have been a great help to me but I feel I have to say a special thanks to a few members here who have helped guide me, so thank you Pigeons420, Mr Am4ing and theBeast27

What a way to start the new year, my Critical Jack Auto is for the chop tonight, not that I have a clue but I am guessing her wet weight will be between 300 and 350 grams and she is frosty and her main bud is bigger and thicker than a beer can!!! I will take before and after pics and weights and post tonight.

I hope everyone has had a great New Years Day!!!

Critical Jack Auto has been chopped tonight, I gave her a rough trim and her wet weight was 379.6 so I am hoping for about 75-90 grams dry. So in total I will be looking at roughly 6 oz of the two girls. I am a very happy grower especially as it is my first time!!!
I have already germinated another Ed Rosenthal Super Bud and she was put in soil earlier today, I will also be dropping 2 Amnesia Haze Gold Auto's within the next week and I will be topping all of them!!!

Smoke Report on Critical Jack

I hope everyone's having a great weekend!!! My Critical Jack Auto is now dry and about to be jarred up, I will take photo's and update later, now for the smoke report...

When I first split a bud I was hit by an instant whack of lemons, Its a smooth woody smoke with a slight fruity hint (not much but a little) which I thought a little surprising because of the initial smell when I broke her apart. The stoned feeling is completely different from the Ed Ros, for me at least the Critical Jack is a bedtime smoke, the only way I can describe it is its a heavy, heavy smoke and it put me to sleep after about 2 grams. If you want to do things and have conversations then I would save this for another time, it is a couch lock smoke and makes me feel very lethargic and tired, basically I can't be bothered to do anything after a joint or two!!!
All in all a good smoke which certainly hits the spot when you need to sleep!!!

Saturday Night BUD PORN Night

I have really enjoyed this first full grow and I know I can't stop now!!! All jarred up and curing nicely. If I am honest I feel like I have achieved more than I ever expected, in total I had roughly 160 grams and it is far better than anything I can buy here, am one happy gardener!!!!

Ed Rosenthal Super Bud is on the left and she is 8 days above soil and the 2 on the left are Amnesia Haze Gold Autos, they broke soil yesterday, All the seeds were put into water for 24hrs, I am using 3 gallon fabric pots again with canna terra proffessional mix soil with about 20-30% extra perlite, same as before really and I will be topping all of them around day 14-16 hopefully but any advice will be very much appreciated. And I just won a 300w B2x2 5w LED on ebay for just over 50 quid so we will see how it does (not sure if I can say the brand) so that will be added to the marshydro48 reflector I am already using.

I just checked on my girls tonight and I was shocked when I took a look at one of the Amnesia Haze Gold auto's, SHE HAS 3 SETS OF LEAFS, I am sure someone has come across this but I don't know what to do, should I leave her to grow or should I get rid????

Every once in a while, growers will run into a “trileaf” seedling. This is a relatively common mutation, and you're likely to run into it if you germinate a lot of cannabis seeds. 3-leaf cannabis seedlings should generally be treated like any other seedling.

They will grow about 1/3 more side branches than regular seedlings, so a 3-leaf seedling might be a good candidate for cannabis plant training or a ScrOG setup.
